Please include the game name or page link, what you were trying to do and what happened instead. Your device and browser name can help us reproduce the issue. A screenshot is useful if there’s an error message or a visual problem.

You don’t need to send passwords, account details or other sensitive information.

Suggest a game or share feedback

Tell us what you enjoyed, what felt confusing or which kind of escape you’d like to see next. If you’re suggesting a game, include its name and a link so we can take a look.

Game creators and rights holders

For questions about artwork, game listings or permissions, send the relevant page link and explain your connection to the material. If you’re reporting a rights concern, identify the material and provide enough information for us to review it.
